Picky Eater Rescue Program

Feeding struggles can create stress at home, especially when children refuse textures, avoid entire food groups, or fall into repetitive eating habits. Our Picky Eater Rescue Program combines structured nutrition therapy, behaviour strategies, and parent coaching to make mealtimes easier and happier.
Through exposure therapy, sensory-based techniques, and fun food exploration activities, we help children develop confidence around new foods. Parents receive actionable guidance to implement at home, making progress smoother and long-lasting.

Behavioral Therapy for Kids

Children today face challenges such as emotional dysregulation, attention difficulties, social anxieties, and impulsive behaviour. Our Behaviour Therapy sessions use proven, child-friendly techniques to help children understand their emotions, build resilience, improve communication, and strengthen focus. Our goal is not to “fix” behaviour, but to empower children with skills that support healthy expression, confidence, and emotional stability.

Life Skills & Mindful Movement

Movement is essential for a child’s development. Through playful structured activities, we help children improve coordination, awareness, emotional balance, and body confidence. Our life-skills sessions combine physical exercises, mindful games, problem-solving activities, and self-awareness exercises that help children build independence and emotional strength.

Yoga & Breathing Exercises for Kids

Yoga teaches children how to pause, connect with their bodies, and understand their emotions. Our kid-friendly yoga sessions focus on flexibility, posture, balance, and calming breathing techniques. These guided sessions help children reduce anxiety, improve focus, sleep better, and develop stronger mind-body awareness — all while having fun!

Mindful Eating & Food Explorer Workshops

Our Mindful Eating & Food Explorer Workshops turn nutrition learning into an exciting adventure. These interactive sessions help children build a healthy relationship with food by exploring colours, textures, flavours, and food origins. Through stories, games, hands-on activities, and tasting challenges, children learn to appreciate food beyond “likes and dislikes.” It helps reduce food fear, encourages variety, and builds long-term healthy habits.
